Oyu Tolgoi is the world's largest undeveloped copper-gold project and is located in the South Gobi region of Mongolia, approximately 550 km south of the capital, Ulaanbaatar, and 80 km north of the Mongolia-China border.
The scope of work included fabrication of underground structural steels and devices at different levels.
The work had two phases with fabrication duration of 3 months.

Loading station:
• Manufacture & supply of concrete support beam and attachments
• Manufacture & supply of chute supporting frame
• Manufacture & supply of chutes, chute liners, flasks, traverse car
Rock box:
• Manufacture & supply of concrete support and columns
• Manufacture & supply of rock box, inner box supporting steelwork
• Manufacture & supply of chute and arc gate
Dump pocket:
• Manufacture & supply of grizzly, scalpers
• Manufacture & supply of ramp support and platework
• Manufacture & supply of miscellaneous (stairs, handrails, etc) |
